The Auxiliary uses many industry standard file formats. These may include Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and other media players such as Microsoft Media Player or Macromedia Flash. If you don't have Microsoft Office (either 2000, 2003 or 2007) then my might need a viewer.

Download these viewers to see PowerPoint slide presentations when you don't have PowerPoint
software on your computer -- and it's free from Microsoft.
Microsoft Excel Viewer 2003
Microsoft Excel Viewer 97
This allows you to view an Excel spreadsheets when you don't have Excel software on your
computer. Again, it's free from Microsoft.
Microsoft Word Viewer
2003 and all previous versions of Word
With the Microsoft Word Viewer 2003, Microsoft Word users can share documents with those
who do not have Word.
Opening Word 2007 files. To open Microsoft Office Word 2007 .docx or .docm files with Microsoft Office Word 2003, Word 2002, or Word 2000, you need to install the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for 2007 Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint File Formats and any necessary Office updates. By using the Compatibility Pack for the 2007 Office system, you can open, edit some items, and save Office Word 2007 documents in previous versions of Word.
Macromedia Flash Player - Used to view documents with animated flash and other Internet
content and applications across the broadest range of platforms.
Adobe®
Acrobat® Reader® is free software that lets you view and print
Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. With Acrobat Reader,
you can also fill in and submit Adobe PDF forms online.
Windows Media Player. Microsoft's cross-platform Media Player.
Real Player. Real's cross-platform Media Player.
